Thera-bands are an excellent way to stay fit with indoor workouts. They are extremely flexible and can be used to strengthen different parts of the body.
Any exercise will induce sweating and depletion of body salts at any time of the year; in the heat, the quantum you sweat increases tremendously.
Outdoor training can be beach training, park training or any kind of activity outside the four walls of a room, even the terrace of a building.
