Consider the things you are thankful for. It’s impossible to feel negative when you give thanks for the things you have.
Grateful people find more and more to be thankful for, whereas negative people find more and more to whinge about.
If you have an ‘abundance mentality’, you attract more positive things to you. If you have a ‘scarcity mentality’, the opposite is true.
So consciously develop an abundance mentality today, and start by giving thanks for what you have.
