I can’t trust anyone anymore
We were good friends since the last 4 months but we never used to talk face to face in school. Suddenly he proposed to me and I accepted because I felt that his feelings, the concern he showed for me was true and I really didn’t want to hurt him. After 2-3 days he started ignoring me. I didn’t want to annoy him, but deep inside I really wanted to talk to him as I started liking him. When I asked him the reason for such rude behaviour, he replied: “I don’t love you, I was just checking my skills.” I kicked him out of my life and now I can’t trust anyone anymore. Now he has started apologizing. I am strong enough to give people a second chance but weak enough to decide when to stop. Should I forgive him and give this friendship a new start?

Dear Sonali, everyone should be given a second chance in life; God always does that and gives us many chances. That boy now has started apologizing for his rude behaviour. He will probably be again a very good friend to you. Do not kick him out of your life, forgive him and “give this friendship a new start”. He will be happy for your understanding and good example.
