#Celebrateyourself…

I’m 63 kilos, 5 feet 4 inches tall. I have a wheatish complexion with a few blackheads, yet I feel untarnished.

I totally brandish my multicoloured curly hair. I clothe myself with outfits I’m best relaxed in.

I’m “all about that bass” and I’ve got them curves, those curves that are looked upon as taboo by judgemental people. I’m nothing like those Victoria Secret Models, with their stereotypical, picture-perfect body frames. Aah, too mainstream!

I’d rather be the adolescent girl that I am; needing no make-up to cover up, munching on all those alluring snacks and being happy… that’s what matters the most, right?

I am the exclusive masterpiece of my creator. I don’t need to be ashamed of being what and who I am.

I am the exclusive masterpiece of my creator.

I don’t need to be ashamed of being what and who I am.

We body shame and are also victims of this social evil.

Be unique! No more hiding from this prodigious society just because you don’t gel in.  Big deal! Stand out!

Quit categorising! Start loving YOU.

Let your soul be beautiful and the glow will shine through you. Enchant the world with your inner beauty and not just the outer flesh.

Celebrate yourself. Celebrate this one life that you’ve been gifted with.

Why not decorate it with kind words and positive thoughts? Why not unleash the power we hide within ourselves because society supposedly tells us that our size defines us? Why not truly celebrate it?

Animals need nothing to beckon acceptance, they’re paradisiacal as they are natural. It’s time we take a lesson from them.
