Colours, don’t divide!

Who would have thought that colour can
Cause enough tears to fill an ocean!
All these fights over a single tan,
Enough to set a war in motion.

The colour of a crow is dark,
But the birds don’t show them hate.
Then why are our hearts as hard as bark?
That we let colour decide our fate.

Does colour choose our merit?
Does colour choose our worth?
Then why let it choose who will inherit
The things upon this earth.

A world where this is fiction,
Can achieve great heights.
It can stop us from extinction;
A world with only rights.

Let us stop all kinds of torment
To both the coloured or white,
And come together and fervent,
A future that can be bright.
