Fantasy
by Jaswinder Singh (18)
KIIT, Lucknow
Fantasy is merciful,
Dancing on the fringe of a sea cliff;
The kiss of the ephemeral breeze is worth more
Than traipsing along the road stiff.
Fantasy is kind,
Sings you a dulcet lullaby,
Ebbs away the detrimental sorrow
With an innocent lie.
Fantasy is joy,
For I have a feeble heart.
Hide me under the shade
Before I tear apart.
