Life and death

We fade like rainbows after the rains,
Leave our memories for pleasure and pain.
It’s not easy, life is uncertain.
The moment we feel we’re getting a hold of it,
It slips through our hands like sand.
What is the reality and what is the illusion?
The moment we decide that something is real,
Life happens, leaving questions.
We find answers in twisted ways,
It’s like give and take,
What is wrong and what is right?
Honestly, life makes you question everything,
It’s the uncertain to every certain,
It’s illusion to every reality,
It’s reality to every illusion.
We leave with so much more to learn,
We don’t even know what we’re made of,
And where do we go?
