I would like to pursue Clinical Embryology

I would like to pursue Clinical Embryology after Std XII. What steps should I take to pursue this field?

Embryologists work closely with hopeful parents helping them in all aspects of reproduction, from fertilization through birth.

Very few institutes offer courses in Clinical Embryology.

Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (manipal.edu/kmc-manipal/programs/program-list/msc-clinical-embryology.html) offers a 2-year M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology for which eligibility is B.Sc. with Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Reproduction, Bioscience or Physiology as one of the subjects.

Bangalore University, Bangalore (bangaloreuniversity.ac.in) and Chettinad Academy of Research & Education, Kelambakkam (chettinadhealthcity.com) offer a nine-month PGD course for those with a background in Life Sciences (M.Sc. in Life Sciences) or Medicine (MBBS).
