Finally an ice cream that glows

It’s common to associate a jellyfish with a painful sting, but an ice cream is determined to change it. The jellyfish ice cream is sold by UK-based ice cream company Lick Me I’m Delicious. The main ingredient, no surprises here, is jellyfish protein. What does come as a surprise and makes it worth $200 a scoop is that it glows when you lick it! Cool, huh?
