cell phone addiction

Post online classes I am now finding it very difficult to reduce my screen time. I am on the phone all the time post school.

I spend 2-3 hours watching the phone and wasting my time which is stopping my studies and other good habits like reading, too.

My sister, who is three years younger than me, is addicted to mobile phones. During her exams her cell phone was taken away from her to help her concentrate on her studies.
