The places we live!
Humans are incredibly adaptable and that is easily seen by how easily they can make lemonade out of the lemons thrown at them! This month is dedicated to all those determined folks who live in the weirdest cities in the world.

Bottom dwellers
Who said that burrowing into the ground is only for foxes and rabbits? In Tunisia, the settlement of Matmâta has been established in deep pits. Every pit comes with walls all around and it takes creativity and digging to make homes. Apart from the thrill of living like hobbits, it also has a practical aspect — it’s a great way to beat the unforgiving heat out in the open. Best of all, it was chosen as Luke Skywalker’s home on Planet Tatooine in the 1977 Star Wars movie!
