Erwin comes with a zipped torso that features small and large intestines, kidneys, spleen, liver, lungs, and, ummm, a heart-shaped heart. All the organs are attached to each other with red Velcro strips completely unlike the real body, but hey, who wants to faint over a scientifically-accurate model!
