Marie biscuit laddoos

Ingredients
1 cup Marie biscuit powder
½ cup icing sugar
4 tbsps. desiccated coconut
A pinch of cardamom powder
A little milk for binding
2 tbsps. almond or pista powder.

Method
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle a little milk at a time for binding. Now form into firm laddoos.
Top with a cherry and pierce a small fresh mint sprig at the side of the cherry.
Serving suggestion: Place the laddoos in soup spoons and serve on a white tray.
