Antarctica beckons

In an age where every location is available in a click with Google Maps, Antarctica would be a welcome change for those who want to find places nobody has heard of before. The Blood Falls, in particular, is a famous sight on this continent. It looks exactly as freakish as it sounds. You’ll find rivulets of what resembles blood flowing through the ice and draining into the sea. Relax, though… it’s nothing more than a plume of iron oxide-rich water.
